Given the set of circumstances you've described, my advice is to find someone better suited to you, both in age and accessibility. The fact is, there are certain people in your life you shouldn't date: your boss, your teacher, and your parent's friends, to name just a few. Your masseur is another one.
Also, you mention he might have a girlfriend. This means it's NOT OKAY to flirt with, chat about personal issues, or ask him out.
With these other issues, age really becomes the least of your problems. I'm sure there are many guys closer to your experience level that would be better suited to you.
