At a recent Houston Astro’s game, one poor guy got handed a
big fat rejection.
According to
Fox News, one fan made an attempt at a marriage proposal during an Astro’s game against the Nationals at Minute Maid Park. In front of the entire crowd thanks to the visibility of the jumbotron, the “male fan got down on one knee to present the ring. The woman, wearing a replica Astros jersey, appeared to dump a bag of popcorn on the man before hastily making her way up the stairs amid a chorus of boos.”
Well, at the crowd seemed to be with the guy. This is one reason why marriage proposals done at baseball games don’t always work out. If you're going to proposal, you've got to make sure you do it at a location your intended will appreciate.
