In "Not Tonight, Mr. Right," women discover how to go without sex as a way to finally meet their perfect guy.

Here's a confession: I dated over 60 guys in just six months.

No, get your mind out of the gutter, I didn't sleep with them. I went out on dates with them.

I was in my thirties and I hadn't yet met the man of my dreams, so I tried online dating. And for the first time in my life, I actually felt comfortable about dating. Even though I met guys that weren't right for me, I still had fun. More than that, while I wasn't dating with the purpose of marriage, I knew without question that I'd find the right guy for me. Just knew it.

Why was my dating vision so very clear this go 'round? I think it was because of two reasons: online dating and my attitude. With online dating I got introduced to tons of people I wouldn't have met normally. And my attitude? Well let's just say that I wasn't looking for Mr. Right. I was looking to enjoy myself by meeting new people and didn't want all that complicated relationship junk that (I thought) led to marriage. My clear dating vision (and let's not kid ourselves, the kick-ass profile I'd written) helped me meet and recognize my perfect guy when he finally showed up. I married him a year later.

I'll fastforward here and tell why I'm saying all this. I've just read a new book seems to back up my experience. Only this one doesn't focus on online dating profiles or any of that. It focuses on sex. And more importantly, how women use sex to try and hold on to a guy.

It doesn't work. I didn't need to really tell you that, did I? I did? Oh... then read the review of Not Tonight, Mr. Right for more insights.
