A shocker to me on tonight's Bachelor as Lorenzo narrowed it down to four girls. Next week the hometown dates are back in the US!
As tonight’s Bachelor began it was six girls remaining in the race to be an Italian Princess. Tonight there were three separate dates; two individual ones, and the remaining date with four girls and Lorenzo.
As I alluded to last week, “socialite” Erica returns, and here was her role! She got to evaluate the girls and decide who would get the individual dates with Lorenzo. Each girl went in a separate room and on-camera talked about all the other girls. One of the questions they had to answer was “who was least fit to be a princess.” To me this was the cattiest part of the night, going in another room and talking about the other girls. Sadie even began to cry during her taping because she said she doesn’t like to say bad things about other people.
I think Sadie, the 23-year-old publicist from CA, is emerging as my favorite Bachelorette. How about you? Who is your favorite and why?
Erica chose Sadie for the first one-on-one date and Sadie and Lorenzo flew away (with Lorenzo piloting, and he did let Sadie fly for a brief while!) and flew around Italy. Then they relaxed in the hot tub. I would vote this part the steamiest moment of the night: There was a fair amount of kissing going on from this virgin and Lorenzo; tonight wasn’t an extremely steamy episode though.
Sadie did get a rose on this date and so was automatically guaranteed a hometown date.
Next up was the group date, where Lorenzo took Agnese, Desiree, Jeannette, and Lisa out to race Chariots! Then they had a toga party turned in to a pool party. Once Lorenzo tackled Desiree and she was in the pool then everyone was in!
There were no roses given out on this date, and each girl vied for some one-on-one time with Lorenzo to tell him how they felt and how serious they were about him!
In the final date and second individual date, Lorenzo took Jennifer, a 24-year-old teacher from FL, out for a horse and buggy ride around Rome. How romantic, and it gets even better! They ate dinner on a roof overlooking the Vatican! There was a rose on this date, and Jennifer got it!
As we headed into tonight’s rose ceremony there were only two roses left and four girls. To me it was a true shocker, but Lorenzo gave the roses too: Lisa, and Agnese! On next week’s episode Lorenzo will be going to meet the families of: Sadie, Lisa, Agnese, and Jennifer! It looks to be a great episode too so stay tuned or log in here for the re-cap.
