Are you reading this because you can't remember the last time you had a real one with your spouse or significant other? Get out there!

If you're currently in a long-term, serious relationship, or married, you likely can not remember the last time you had a "real date." It is so important for successful long-term relationships to maintain the fun and keep the spark. Keep the romance and passion through dating!

Many say they do not have time to 'date' on a frequent basis. Instituting a "date night" one night a week, no matter what you have going on, means finding a time in your schedule and looking forward to an evening from the standard dinner out and a movie to roller skating or mini-golf. Tailor your ideas to your tastes and hobbies, and try to new things.

Here are a few suggestions that are a departure from renting a movie and ordering pizza:

-get a couple's massage or other spa treat

- do an outdoor activity together to get some exercise like mountain biking, hiking, riding bikes in the city, etc.

-visit a winery

Aim to learn something new about your 'date' on each date night. Happy dating!!
